Tháng 1 là thời điểm lý tưởng để khởi đầu vườn rau gia đình với thời tiết se lạnh, độ ẩm cao từ mưa phùn mùa xuân. Cà Rót
Cà rót (Daucus carota) là củ lưỡng niên, trồng tháng 1 cho củ ngọt, giòn hơn vụ hè. Giống Kuroda, Nantes phù hợp đất pha cát, tơi xốp, pH 6.0-6.8.
Kỹ thuật trồng:
Ngâm hạt 12 giờ trước khi gieo → tăng tỷ lệ nảy mầm lên 85%. Gieo hàng cách 20cm, sau 2 tuần tỉa cây, giữ khoảng cách 5-7cm. Bón phân lót NPK 5-10-10 (50g/m²), bổ sung kali khi củ bắt đầu phình (tuần thứ 6) để củ ngọt, không nứt.
⚠️ Lưu ý: Tưới nhỏ giọt hoặc gốc, tránh tưới lá → giảm bệnh thối nhũn. Đất quá ẩm (>80% độ ẩm đồng ruộng) làm củ nứt, mất giá trị thương phẩm.

Tưới sáng sớm, tránh úng gốc → phòng bệnh thối gốc do Pythium. Phun Validacin 3L 500ppm (2ml/lít nước) khi phát hiện lá vàng, héo.
Bắp cải giàu vitamin C (36mg/100g), K, chất xơ – hỗ trợ tiêu hóa, tăng cường miễn dịch. Trồng tháng 1 tránh được sâu xanh da láng (Plutella xylostella) hoành hành vụ hè.
Súp Lơ Xanh (Broccoli)
Súp lơ xanh (Brassica oleracea var. italica) là rau họ cải, ưa nhiệt độ 15-18°C, không chịu nóng. Giống Waltham, Green Magic cho bông chắc, màu xanh đậm.
